My client based in Cramlington are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business. This is a permanent position to work for a very successful business with fantastic opportunities and benefits for the right candidate.

Duties include:

* Purchase ledger invoices

* Supplier payments

* Staff expenses

* Accounts team email inbox

* Chasing debts

* Supplier statement reconciliations

Person Profile

* In depth knowledge of Sage 200 - ESSENTIAL

* AAT level 4 qualified – desirable but not essential

* Experience of working in a finance team

* Willing and able to develop knowledge and skills

* Team player and ability to work on your own

* Able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure

* Committed and self-motivated

* Quick learner

* Accurate with attention to detail

* Problem solver

* Good Excel skills

Job Type / Category

* Reports to Finance Director

* 40 hours per week

* Permanent staff position

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Must have in depth experience of using SAGE 200

AAT qualification desirable but not essential


* SAGE 200: 3 years (Required)

* purchase ledger: 3 years (Required)
