The reason why our Care Assistants stay with us for so long is simple; Working in care is highly rewarding but there are days when you need some extra support and that’s what we excel at – our door is always open and we always want to hear from you.

Our 5 longest serving Care Assistants have been with us for a combined total of 35 years! The reason why our Care Assistants stay with us so long is simple – because we respect and value all of our staff and we provide a friendly, professional and supportive working environment.

We are a family run business and the whole team is filled with characters, we are approachable, friendly and supportive and we stand out because we understand our Care Assistants and Customers; our office staff including our (Co-ordinators and Manager) still deliver care as we believe it is important to lead from the front.

We are a flexible employer and understand that everyone has different circumstances – if you are looking for part time or full time work we can accommodate your needs.

Our Manager has an open door policy and is always there to support her staff, whether that be for a catch up and a cuppa (and probably some biscuits!) or anything work related.

Here is how we reward our Care Assistants

· £9.20 – 10.20 p/h weekdays

· £10.20 – 10.50 p/h weekdays

· £12.89 - 13 p/h bank holidays

· 35p mileage

· £150 welcome bonus

· Free training

· Employee of the month

· Flexible shifts

The people we support mean a lot to us and the way we support them is by providing a little bit of extra help in the community on a daily basis. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories – just like you would with your own family.

Our average call time is 45 minutes as we believe it is important to give you time to care. We do not rush our Care Assistants as we are committed to delivering high quality care and providing our staff with time to do what they do best – make a difference to someone else’s life.

We find that people from the following background make great Care Assistants - Teaching Assistant, Hair Dresser, Nursery Assistant, Retail assistants, Charity / Volunteering, Police, Cleaners and Nurses.

If you would like to join a company that values its staff and changes people’s lives every day, then please click the apply button and send us your CV. Our friendly Recruitment team will then be in touch to say hello!
