Excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator / Controller
Do you have experience in co-ordinating and controlling a team or engineers?
Are you able to multitask and manage a process from start to finish?
If so this could be the perfect role for you!

As a service controller you would be office based in Kettering, where you would allocate maintenance and service jobs into the service engineer schedules. You will hold accountability for the satisfaction of your assigned service engineer’s customers, ensuring that schedules are met.
This role would test your planning and communication skills, and you will be the first port of call for customers.
The challenge in this role is to keep them satisfied, while at the same time, keeping your engineers informed and assist with any issues that arise.
Main duties will include:

Taking calls from customers regarding the breakdown of machinery, organising Engineers to attend customers site, ensuring engineers are allocated correctly, taking responsibility for work and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, invoicing and admin. Scheduling engineer’s workload for preventive maintenance and fleet inspections

Applicants for this role will not be a shrinking violet, they will be quick thinkers, who are proactive and possess excellent customer care and organisational skills. Problem solving, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership are essential skills for this role.
The successful candidate will be dealing with Field Engineers remotely so must have excellent telephone and communication skills along with good IT skills.
