Job Profile – Digital Marketing Apprentice
Location: Support Centre, Stockton - On - Tees
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Job Summary:
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is interested in digital marketing, content development and social media.
Within this role you will work in the Marketing Department and will work closely with all departments. To be considered for this position you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of social media platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop would be desirable but not essential. The right candidate will be pro-active, and someone who works well within a wider team.
Main responsibilities:
The role includes a number of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, these include:
Content
* Drafting copy, producing content (BLOGs, etc.), designing graphics, producing videos and arranging corporate photography for a range of uses.
SEO
* Working with our SEO agency to research and formulate new ideas and perform analysis on what is working when implementing our SEO content strategy.
Emarketing
* Produce weekly internal staff enewsletter.
* Produce and distribute monthly customer enewsletter and other ad-hoc emarketing campaigns to lapsed users and customers using Send in Blue system
Social Media
* Monitor social media analytics and propose solutions for the Marketing Team.
* Research, promote and engage with customers, influencers and other brands across social media.
* Search for ideas for new and relevant content for social media campaigns to build brand engagement.
* Review social media analytics with digital agency and look to continually improve upon efforts and gain more knowledge and insights about the audience to help strategy.
* Monitor and analyse competitor accounts to improve the social media strategy.
* Grow social media audiences by coordinating and managing contests and giveaways.
* Research and apply new ways to engage with social media followers and continuously build engagement.
* Work with the digital agency to design and manage campaigns for social media paid advertising.
Website
* Involvement in the day to day running of the website through CMS to ensure the website is kept up to date.
* Work with the digital agency to review PPC campaigns and explore new ways of developing a better website visitor experience and encourage website engagement.
Other
* Implement and monitor tracking tools for campaigns, producing reports on all digital campaign effectiveness.
* Monitor and report on the ROI of campaigns by review what generated visitors, engagement and sales from digital marketing campaigns and the website.
* Answer incoming telephone enquiries.
* Manage schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties.

* A sound understanding of social media technologies and keen interest in wider technologies.

The apprenticeship:
While working at Mobile Mini and gaining knowledge and skills in the workplace, the Apprenticeship will include Level 3 Digital Marketer training and will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing and digital business principles Training will be provided via classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on-the job experience to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to develop your career as a Digital Marketer
