Our Client, a fast growing SME Service Company based in Aberdeen is looking for a Customer Service Assistant on a permanent staff role.

• Preparing quotations timeously through Sage from Internal Sales working papers/spreadsheets

• Creating/modifying components in Sage and creating/modifying BOMs

• Contract review of PO received against quotation and identifying/resolving any issues

• Converting quotation to internal sales order and generating picking list

• Compiling detailed work pack for production

• Closing works orders, despatching and invoicing through Sage

• Organising couriers and associated paperwork

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

• Assisting with processing/matching financial paperwork within Sage

• Undertaking any other duties which are assigned to you by management

Skills

• Attention to detail under pressure (speed and accuracy)

• Ability to prioritise workload to tie in with the requirements of the business

• Good written and oral communication skills – report writing

Experience

• ERP systems (preferably Sage) and Excel with reasonable working knowledge of Word

Behaviour

• Self–starter, can prioritise workload

• Flexible, adaptable approach to workload

• Willing to assist in other areas of the business when required
