Our client organise conferences that help move forward thinking on some of the most important policy issues being examined by legislators, governments and stakeholders.

They are looking for candidates to work on our sector-leading programme of conferences on policy, which are:

* Constructive, inclusive, challenging and strictly impartial

* Important occasions for policymakers in governments, parliaments and assemblies, as well as businesses, charity and action groups, professional organisations, academics, and others that are interested in or affected by the issues.

The office is based on the outskirts of Bracknell working hours Monday – Friday (Apply online only)

We are actively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual with a keen willingness to learn all aspects of the Finance Department and who is looking for a career within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

* Purchase and Sales Ledger processing;

* Bank reconciliations and bank transfers;

* Credit control;

* Liaising with external finance departments and suppliers on phone and email

* Assisting with other ad hoc office duties as required.

This is a fast paced, reactive role which requires you to work from end to end of the accounts process.

You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders so much have a clear and confident communication style and be confident speaking with people at all levels.

The ideal candidate should be qualified to at least AAT Level 3, flexible, highly motivated and willing to help out where necessary. They must be a proficient user of Sage Line 50, and Microsoft Office. A record of suggesting and implementing new systems, whilst also strictly adhering to existing accounting procedures, would also be an advantage.
