We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to work on the Customer Help Desk Team. Previous experience in the same or similar role would be desired. The role involves dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries ranging from invoice queries, scheduling queries, engineer attendance queries, documentation requests. Providing updates on outstanding jobs, raise extra work jobs, this list is not exhaustive. Experience on CAFM system, Maximo, would be preferred but not essential as training will be provided
