Customer Call Centre Agent - NO COLD CALLING

Customer Service Role based in High Wycombe

Your new company

Is a faced paced expanding company who dedicate extensive time and resources into their employees training and career development, who are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join their large customer service team for an April 2nd start date.

Your new role

Reporting into a team leader, you will be handling inbound calls to deliver a excellent customer journey to resolve queries. This role is deal for someone who is looking for a fantastic customer service role or an entry into a finance position due to the career progressions within the business after your first 6 months.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a very customer focused approached to your work, a confident phone manner and the eagerness to continuously learn and develop. This role would need someone who would be able to start 2nd April.
