Administration and Finance Assistant- Camden- 3 month contract- £15ph umbrella

Our client are a large public sector organisation looking for and experienced administrator to provide robust administration and finance support for the Personal Financial Services Team.

-The role will involve;

Create business letters & emails, data entry for maintenance of office data base, organise incoming post for the team and telephone calls to Department of Working Pensions, utility companies, social workers. ---Complete small projects for end of year financial year deadlines.

To be considered you will have

-Experience of working in financial role,

-Strong communication & literacy skills in writing, telephone & face to face,

-Computer literate in microsoft packages especially word, excel and outlook, ability to use multi main frame systems,

-Good organisational skills with attention to detail

-Numerate understanding the accuracy of accountability & spreadsheet experience
