We are currently looking for a Service Centre Manager to ensure the legal, efficient and profitable running of our London East service centre.

You will be in charge of supporting and encouraging the sales activity, being accountable for the P&L, operations and people management and providing a high level of customer service at all times for CitySprint.

This role offers great autonomy and plenty of exposure. As a Service Centre Manager, we know you’ll be able to positively contribute in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment, developing initiatives and streamlining CitySprint’s strategy with your wider team.

Some of the key responsibilities are outlined below:

* Effective management of your P&L, Service Level Agreements, Standard Operational Procedures and credit control process.

* Develop and maintain a sales territory to increase both revenue and profit in line with pre-determined budgets.

* Increasing the existing customer base by contact directly with the customer via telephone and field sales appointments.

* Monitor and update CRM on a regular alongside your ASE’s.

* Maintenance of office hours, office security and confidentiality.

* Direct supervision of operational and fleet requirements.

* Ensure all fleet Couriers are at all times wearing CitySprint uniforms, carrying I.D. badges and their vehicles are liveried, correctly insured and hold all statutory inspections and tests.

* Be pro-active in the training and development of Service Centre staff to ensure they achieve their full potential and ensure up to date training records are maintained.

* Effective management of CitySprint’s health and safety policy and procedures including regular risk assessments, accident reporting and relevant training and the recording of these.
