Office Angels are exclusively working with a large construction company, to recruit an Accounts Assistant due to expansion within the Finance department.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team as well as use their own initiative, be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

* Processing payments received and reconciling customer accounts

* Produce sales report at the end of the month

* Inputting and checking company invoices/ credit card receipts

* Liaise with internal and external parties to help with any queries relating to the Sale/Purchase Ledger

To be considered for this opportunity you will be AAT qualified, with experience in ideally, a construction or logistics background.

You must be competent in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level and must be familiar with Sage.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm with a hour lunch break (flexibility is available as long as 37.5 hours are worked each week).
