About the job
The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing existing client relationships, issues and escalations. You will develop and drive both existing and new business opportunities from within an existing client base, leveraging relationships with senior client business leaders to identify opportunities and shape propositions to meet the client's needs and values.

The Client Account Manager will manage the escalation of issues ensuring client satisfaction and will be responsible for driving agreements with clients on the definition of service and will act as an escalation point to ensure that all areas such as SLA's, MI provision, governance structure, key deliverables etc are managed appropriately.

About you
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working at account management level with software solutions for clients in a BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact business. You should also have a strong background in producing and presenting proposals and reports to clients alongside experience of negotiating service levels, and contracts with clients.
A background in outsourcing and service management is essential as is the ability to build strong relationships with customers at varying levels. Experience of managing a hosted, managed service, software service solution would be ideal.

Preferably, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with industry/professional qualifications. Experience of producing client reports would also be advantageous as is experience of running customer satisfaction surveys. Experience of successfully influencing, leading, motivating and managing a virtual team across different functions to ensure client delivery would be a bonus.

Reward
In you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 plus a profit related bonus scheme, 24 days annual leave and life assurance of four times your salary. On completion of the probationary period you can join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6% match contribution into your pension plan.
