Current looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager to join Capita based in Sheffield. The Key task will be:

* Defining and building a Project Assurance framework, in agreement with senior stakeholders to be applied across our change portfolios in Client Implementation.

* Undertaking project audits on a monthly basis and provide feedback into the Business Manager and wider Heads of Delivery.

* Build relationships with the delivery teams on a ‘critical friend’ basis whereby the delivery teams and the Project Assurance Manager work collaboratively to jointly drive up the quality of our deliveries.

* Maintain project health MI based on the monthly audits for use in development activities.

* Support the Project and Programme delivery teams in improving the quality of our deliveries, identifying trends through analysis of MI and agreeing plans to address.

* Provide hands on upskilling as required for identified development gaps to our delivery teams.

* Produce recommendations for improvements to systems, processes and procedures as a response to audit findings, owning them through to delivery and tracking their success against audit MI.

* Identifying opportunities for wider improvements within Client Implementation processes and procedures, working with stakeholders to realise them.

* Based in Sheffield, but some travel to other offices will be required to support the teams based in London and Darlington.
