Our client is looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line technical support engineer to join their fast growing team. They are a managed IT service provider - and you will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and will have solid experience in a IT support role. You will provide all-round IT support to external clients across Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and a variety of networks. You will find yourself involved in a wide range of technical support issues and you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with problems and technical issues in a pressurised environment. Some of your duties will include (but not be limited to): * Ticketing, Helpdesk and incident management * Providing onsite and remote support * PC, Server and Network configuration * Firewall configuration and troubleshooting * Daily system checks including backup monitoring and reporting The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and experience in the following skills: * Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 * Microsoft Exchange 2010 /2013 / 2016 * Microsoft Sharepoint Support * Microsoft Office 365 * Remote Desktop Servers * Desktop Support * Networking protocols including TCP/IP You must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with problems and technical issues in a pressurised and time-sensitive environment. You must have a clean driving licence Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm
