Lickd is a music licensing platform that provides the online influencer community of YouTube and Facebook “creators” with a way to use commercial music legally for the first time

Digital and Influencer Marketing Experience Essential (YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram)

* Develop & oversee the Influencer market strategy, Inbound marketing strategy, Affiliate marketing strategy, Retention marketing strategy and Communication plan for the digital business.
* Design and execute ideas to materially impact revenue goals with the aim of driving growth fast.
* Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
* Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
* Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
* Manage the budget for marketing programmes, events and content creation
* Manage and refine the organisation’s social media strategy
* Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
* Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
* With other senior executives, identify new business opportunities
* Brand strategy and oversee design.
* Communicate strategy to other teams including agencies, PR, alliances, sales and more.
* Be the voice of the market by understanding Influencer, user needs and social networking.
* Scoping out and determining cost requirements for 3rd-party agencies (e.g. Influencer Marketing, PPC, SEO); select and shortlist preferred agencies.
* Developing an imaginative social media programme - optimising it's cost effectiveness and potential growing the audience.

* 3-5+ years digital marketing experience - must have experience working in start up environment, and growing a product user base.
* Understanding of working with talent and has case studies of working with influencers and creators.
* Ability to co ordinate full marketing plans and management of multiple teams
* Demonstrated track record of delivering results across
* Experienced, strategic leader and developed understanding of social and digital landscape.
* Both creative and analytical - ability to generate ideas and rigorously analyze their performance to understand how we can improve.

Key skills

Leadership and influencing skills: Marketing manager is a creative role allowing plenty of latitude. So you need to be a clear thinker and good communicator. You will report directly to the CEO and COO and have to justify your ideas to the executive team. Being a marketing director also involves constant networking and representing your organisation to outsiders.

Analytical skills: The role calls for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for marketing strategies. Nowadays much of this analysis is done by drilling down into data around customer behaviour and experiences so you need to be up to speed on these techniques.
