Our client, one of London's leading free Museum, are looking for a switched on Team Administrator to support the Development team with administration for campaigns. With strong experience at administration level, you will not be afraid of working with numbers as this role will require candidates to work closely with the finance team to process invoices and expenses as well as gifts onto their donor system, maintaining the development teams budget and reporting any inconsistencies with the finance team. As well as general administrative duties, including arranging meetings and ensuring the office runs smoothly, you will also be involved in supporting the development teams ongoing relationships with corporate members and sponsors and duties will also include stewarding and thanking corporate supporters, arranging tours and visits to the museum and support the team to develop reports on impact for donors as well as ensuring all promotional material is delivered in a timely manner and coordinating events for donors. This is a well rounded role with an opportunity to immerse yourself fully into the activities of a busy development team to gain a better insight into campaigns within the art and culture sector of non profit.
