Business Development Executive.

The Role

This privately owned property sourcing company has grown their business year on year and this has resulted in the need to grow the team. They are recruiting a New Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building the company's client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Seek new business opportunities through various channels
- Attend property related workshops
- Use social media to hunt new business
- Qualify affordability and desire to buy
- Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities
- Call on customers on a regular basis, understanding their needs and requirements ensuring enquiries are followed up in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot potential problem clients and find resolution

Your skills

As an experienced Business Development Executive need to have natural flair and strong sales ability. You need to be a hunter, hungry for the next sale and thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture. This is an office based role, where you will also be required to work outside of office hours to close sales when needed. Seminars take place around once per month on a Saturday.

There will also be a need to travel and work outside of the office.

The rewards are very generous and OTE is completely uncapped. The more new clients brought into the business the better the rewards
