Our established, reputable and expanding client is seeking to recruit an additional member of staff on a part-time bases.

This is a part time role with hours to be worked: Monday to Wednesday 8.15am until 5.00pm. This is not open for negotiation.

The role will be split 60% IT Systems support and 40% HR Administration

The IT side of things will include:

* Setting up new laptops

* Liaison with offsite Systems operators to request resolutions to IT issues

* Resolving password and minor user issues quickly and effectively.

* Attending weekly telephone conference calls with IT/ Ops team and provide updates, as required

* Set up new IT equipment (PCs, screens etc)

* Ad hoc IT Administration

The HR Function will include:

* Producing correspondence with employees with regards to Contract Amendments, Pension updates, reward statements etc)

* Recording holiday/ sickness absences on SAGE HR

* Off boarding correspondence

* Probation letters

* Be able to speak to staff members with empathy and report and personal/ HR issues to the Office Manager with professionalism and integrity

Essential Skills

* Be a confident communicator

* Be able to manage multiple projects and switch between when required

* Work with a high degree of accuracy and be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
