Key Tasks

• Maintain all contracts for existing customers

• Ensure start and end dates for contracts are identified

• Ensure that all Account Managers are aware of end of contract 6 months before the date of contract ending

• Liaise with customers to maintain a single point of contact on contractual matters

• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation

• Draft, evaluate and execute contracts

• Single point of contact for all tenders, both existing customers and potential new customers

• Must be able to evaluate the requirements of the individual tenders

• Must be able to work to tendering principles as outlined in the individual tenders

• Will be responsible for the writing of the tender proposal

• Will be responsible for all graphics, screen shots, Gantt Charts and other representations to enhance the overall proposal

• Will be responsible for all documentation, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as required

Key Skills

• Must have experience in Local Government tendering/procurement process

• Excellent Communicator

• Excellent literacy skills with extensive vocabulary

• Deadline driven with excellent time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

• High attention to detail

• Can demonstrate effective bid writing skills

• Thrive in a busy environment
