A fantastic Brighton based Estate Agents require an efficient Accounts Administrator to join their busy team. This is a varied role within a busy, well-run department.

As an Accounts Administrator, responsibilities will include:

* Processing rents and paying landlords

* Arranging payment on contractor invoices

* End of month bank reconciliations

* Chasing rent arrears and late payments

* Processing deposits

* Processing PDQ payments

* Updating internal systems and spreadsheets

* General administrative duties

* Providing phone cover during busy periods

To be considered for this role you will not be required to have any accountancy qualifications, however experience working within a similar position is essential. The successful candidate must have good numeracy and administrative skills, along with the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues. Due to the nature of the role, high accuracy and attention to details is a must!

Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays (time off in lieu)

Salary - £19,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)
