Job Description

This role's primary function is to provide general administrational and secretarial duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to:

* Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

* Meeting and greeting visitors

* Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments

* Dealing with incoming calls, faxes and post

* Distributing post and processing e-mails

* Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

* Liaising with clients, partners and other staff

* Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.

* Carrying out specific projects and research

We are looking for solid and reliable candidates with proven commitment to roles. Candidates will have strong administrative skills and will be able to work in a small team environment.

The successful applicant must have a good understanding of office procedures and a high level of PC literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office product.

Other requirements also include:

* Being able to work on your own initiative and be part of a team

* Being self motivated, proactive, hardworking, committed and a good team player

* Accurate attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Have strong customer service and data entry skills

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, however will consider inexperienced candidates with suitable skills, which match our requirement.
