Client Support – Salary £20,000 - £21,000 DOE + Pension + Excellent Benefits

Based: Cheltenham

Our client, a partner-led business which prides itself in providing straight forward and well communicated pension advice have a exciting opportunity for a, highly motivated Client Support Administrator to provide assistance to the Team Leader, Health Consultants, Client Account Managers (CAM) and Client Relationship Managers (CRM). The Workplace Health & Wealth (WHW) team provides consultancy services to employers on benefit plans

Key Responsibilities:

* Building client relationships including meeting attendance

* Assisting the Team Leader, CRM, CAM and Health Consultant in the preparation of reports and collating information for reports covering technical matters and advice

* Managing relationships between providers and clients

* Checking provider issued accounts and issuing statements to clients

* Analysing information and assisting in preparing recommendations of appropriate solutions

* Drafting specifications of services, deadlines and remuneration with clients

* Delivering agreed services in accordance with agreed time schedules and budgets

* Keeping client files compliant

* Answering relevant calls that come in from various Workplace Health and Wealth helplines

* Keeping all Workplace Health and Wealth databases up to date

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Good academic record including Maths & English to GCSE

* Relevant Financial Services background ideally in Workplace Health and Wealth

* Experience of working in an office within a team environment is beneficial

* Excellent communication skills and high level of numeracy is essential

* High level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office programmes, in Excel, Word and Outlook

* Outstanding training and development opportunities as well as study resource & support

* Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, resolving issues before they develop
