Duties will include but are not limited to: Contract Management of a range of Frameworks/Contracts, managing funding, measuring and monitoring supplier and contract performance, producing reports, identifying and recover savings/efficiencies, liaising with Sellafield clients and suppliers, leading Contract Review Meetings, drafting agendas/minutes/actions. Supporting the wider team in procurement and tendering activities.

Responsible for managing specified commercial aspects of existing contracts and supporting specified aspects of contract management

Essential skills:

• Experience in procurement / supply covering consumable and commodity goods and materials.

• Experience and knowledge of Contract Management of Frameworks/Contracts, including governance, performance measurement and cost saving/efficiency targets.

• Knowledge and understanding of Procurement Procedures, Procurement Administration and Commercial Governance.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word & Excel

• Team player

• Effective communicator

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Flexible and adaptable

Desirable skills:

• Working knowledge of Commercial Systems e.g. SAP 4.7, CTM, SRM

• Knowledge and understanding of the NDA Shared Services Alliance organisation and associated governance requirements.
