Credit Controller

We are recruiting for a Credit Controller in the Solihull area with our well established client.

As a Credit Controller you will need to have:

·Minimum of 1 years’ experience

·Business to Consumer experience (essential)

·Business to Business experience

·Knowledge of credit related law

·Considerable experience with customer negotiations

·Excellent oral, written and negotiation skills

·Strong organisational and time-management skills

·Ability to influence at all levels

·Demonstrate group vision and values

·Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·Knowledge of Navision and CRM (desirable)

·Strong numerical and analytical skills

Details:

·Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

·Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30-5 or 9-5.30

·Location: Shirley, Solihull

·Duration: 12 month FTC

Role of a Credit Controller:

·Managing own range of accounts to ensure the best mix of sales vs prompt collection of amounts owed

·Manage relationships across the business

·Exposure within a fast paced credit control department

·Ability to make sound financial judgement in a primarily business to consumer environment
