Role: Service Desk Advisor

Location: Peterborough

Hourly rate: £9-9.50ph

We are currently looking for Service Desk Advisors who have a passion for IT and Customer Service to provide technical support to existing clients and customers.

Job role

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from existing clients and accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data has been recorded. You will liaise with relevant departments in order to provide a quick and seamless resolution for the client.

Job description

* Capturing relevant data and logging it on internal system

* Escalate incidents where necessary to 2nd line Support Team

* Monitor and resolve incidents to ensure customer satisfaction but providing prompt and accurate updates

* Contribute to team meetings

* Proactively maintain and develop knowledge

* Resolve a minimum of 60% incidents logged as a first time fix

* Regularly update incidents logged on the system to provide end users with technical solution

Skills required

* Educated to GCSE level

* Knowledge/passion for IT

* Excellent customer service experience

* Experience of working to KPI's/SLA's

* Good problem solver

* Structured trouble shooting skills

* Communication and interpersonal skills
