Seeking an Accounts/Admin Assistant on behalf of our client who are a well-established refurbishment company located in Acocks Green, Birmingham.
As an Accounts/Admin Assistant you will working alongside the office manager assisting with:
·Answering the telephone
·Liaising with contract managers, quantity surveyors, foremen, client designers and suppliers
·Ordering hire equipment and materials
·Processing orders
·Preparing customer sales invoices and recording payments
·Preparing supplier monthly payment runs
·Receiving supplier invoices, processing and putting on to job costing's
·Other duties issued by the office manager and general administration
Required skills:
·Experience using quick books would be an advantage
·Previous experience within accounts/good with numbers
·Organised and have an excellent telephone manner
·Reliable
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
