The Company: Our client offers a World Class product that is a human monitor used by public services (Fire/Police) and military arena Part time - 25 hours per week for 12 months contract (9.30 : 14.30) Customer focused culture with local support Exciting opportunity to join a progressive company, which is poised for huge growth Our client has an open door policy and open culture policy Agile and flexible in meeting the needs of customer business models Our client has a strong customer focus and support network The Role: Logistics and shipping administrator (Part Time, 25 hours per week for 12 months contract) Provide a consistent level of service across all areas of goods in and goods out shipping in the absence of the Operations Manager Part time - 25 hours per week for 12 months contract (9.30 : 14.30) Input and maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer, stock & other information Prepare all customs and regulatory documentation to ensure goods received within defined timelines Liaise with couriers to ensure shipments are collected as required Work with supply chain to ensure product is delivered within required timelines Provide input to MRP (material requirement processing) for stock item purchasing Work with Operations Manager to achieve customer order fulfilment within product lead times Work with the Operations Manager to ensure stock levels remain within business set targets Assist with the returns process to offer customers timely investigation and return of faulty equipment Issue and maintain register of Software Licenses against customers sales orders Be able to work independently of the Operations Manager such that you can take ownership of designated areas of responsibility during peak times The Ideal Person: Some previous experience of working in a customer facing/support role in a technical environment an advantage Relevant technical qualification desirable but not essential Organised, thorough and structured approach to tasks Attention to detail essential Customer facing approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills An ability to build internal and external relationships across all departments A working knowledge of Customs procedures and standard shipping requirements desirable Consultant: Marc Gibbs Email: email@example.com Tel no. 0208 397 4114 Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
