UX/CRO Manager - Manchester - 60k Our Rapidly growing client are looking for a passionate UX/CRO Manager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional UX/CRO campaigns for their websites. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment alongside highly skilled individuals across a range of disciplines. You will work directly with their extraordinarily talented in-house design and development team, taking ideas from conception, through to prototyping, UX/CRO testing and finally deployment. You are ideal for this role if you have a passion for improving user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, AB and MVT testing. Your main objective is to improve the on-site conversion rates & user experience for their websites, resulting in increased customers & ROI from marketing channels. To do this you must: *Apply your knowledge of usability, design, copywriting and persuasion to create testable hypotheses to improve KPI's *Use qualitative and quantitative data to support hypotheses *Work alongside Development and Design teams to implement A/B and multivariate tests *Conduct multi device usability audits *Manage the day to day delivery of CRO campaigns The UX/CRO Manager will be responsible for: *Owning the conversion rate metric across the business and ensure the daily conversion rate target is being hit. *Tracking and interpret user behaviour *Identify new conversion opportunities across the site to enhance commercial returns. *Work with Design, Content, Paid Media and Development teams to enhance user experience. *Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics. *Feed insight into the Commercial, acquisition marketing functions to drive performance. *Investigating and assessing customer behaviour across the group websites, identifying 'pain points', developing test hypothesis and ensuing insight can be delivered from both winning and failed tests *Support the design of 'new' customer journeys and optimise existing sites, working with internal teams to ensure all product journeys are consistent, optimised and converting at best in class levels *Maintain an understanding of the business objective and ensure the customers interests are met *Report key insight to wider team to create design, content and development best practice guidelines based on findings from winning test *Keep up to date user behaviours across different devices in order to identify key areas for UX improvement *Responsible for all CRO projects from creating tests, developing insight reports and briefing optimal implementations *Coordinate ordering and delivery of assets from other departments needed to perform new tests *Support with tagging and tracking implementations The UX/CRO Manager will: *Have 3+ years in digital analytics and data/insights *Have excellent knowledge of how to manage CRO programs *Expert use of customer experience platforms, eg Optimizely, and Google Analytics *Excellent communication & interpersonal skills *A passion for creating a great user experience *Excellent analytical and project management skills *Worked Agency or Client side within a dedicated CRO or Web Analytics, UX or Web Management *An in-depth understanding of the wire framing and UX process Hands on experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices *Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, crazyegg) *Advanced understanding of UX centric design practices *An ability to work collaboratively with a multi-discipline team *Experience in a similar role UX/CRO Manager - Manchester - 60k If you would like to be considered for this role please send me a copy of your latest CV to Tom.Manzoni@AdriaSolutions.co.uk.
