2352 - Digital Marketing Manager – Berks – Perm - £40-45K We are looking for an experienced B2B and B2C Digital Marketing Manager to join an award winning professional services company based in Berkshire. Responsibilities Day-to-day management of the Marketing Assistant, their projects and work. Lead on B2C site ongoing development. Lead relationship with emarketing software agency and digital agency. Develop and implement digital strategy for websites in conjunction with social media. Develop internal communications strategy and launch newsletter (gather news from groups, structure into newsletter format and monitor feedback). Assist Head of Marketing on B2B website relaunch and lead on ongoing development including editing and posting. Support development of sector marketing through website development, eMarketing and social media. Develop and implement social media strategy for claims and business services to include training/e-learning element. Produce, edit and promote videos and podcasts Support all websites to ensure and improve efficiency, SEO, site visibility and production of quality enquiries. Support and manage the agency regarding website monitoring and reporting. Experience Preferably B2B and B2C digital marketing experience - confident self-starter able to work both as an individual and as part of a team. First class project management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines consistently. Able to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely. Diplomacy and ability to work closely with a wide range of functions including Marketing, Finance, HR and IT. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to use e-marketing software. Some knowledge of video and podcast editing. Willingness to work flexibly. Experience of using eMarketing tools. Ability to use PhotoShop, Premiere Pro and Audition is desirable. A strong understanding and experience of search engine optimisation (SEO), social media and other digital channels.
