Assistant Claims Administration Officer

37.5 hours per week 8.30am - 5.00pm

Brook Street are recruiting for an experienced customer service / administrator to join our client in Leyland.

The ideal candidate will be required to effectively handle consumer insurance claim duties.

Role Responsibilities:

" Ensuring a pleasant customer journey through the claims process

" Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

" Liaise with policyholders, receiving inbound and making outbound calls

" Handling queries and ensuring claims are worked within specified timeframes

" Update relevant systems with the status of claims

" Quality checking documentation ensuring clients have signed and dated all required fields

" Sending documentation to the client when additional information is required

Key Skills:

" Attention to detail and accuracy

" Self-motivated, Pro-Active and able to problem solve

" Excellent written and Verbal communication skills

" Excellent Administration skills with previous working experience

" Good working knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Salary: £18,000 paid weekly ( £8.65ph )
