International Business Services company urgently require experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for newly created role at UK Head office in Sunbury on Thames.

About The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director the Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable team and ensuring all supplier invoices paid in an accurate and timely manner.

Key duties for the Accounts payable Supervisor include:

* Overseeing the Accounts Payable team of 2

* Responsible for the resolution of supplier queries

* Creating creditor records

* Posting invoices to the Accounts System

* Obtaining approval for large payments

* Managing weekly BACS payment runs

* Approval & payment of employee expenses

* Supplier statement reconciliations

* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets

About You

Applicants for the Accounts Payable Supervisor will have strong Accounts Payable skills, good communication skills and ideally supervisory experience

In addition the Accounts Payable Supervisor will be well organised and have the ability to work to strict deadlines
