My clients are a very well established Home Insurance Repair Specialist and are seeking a Claims administrator to join the team. The purpose of this role will be providing proactive, professional administrative support to the Directors, Clients and Employees of the business.

Responsibilities:

* First notifications of loss

* Updating system with new claims

* Submit quotations through various different client portals.

* Dealing with inbound calls/customer queries

* Recognising any issue's within a claim

* Dealing with each claim efficiently

Requirements:

* Experience within the Domestic Insurance Industry

* Excellent Customer Service Skills

* Methodical with a very keen attention to detail

* Excellent time management

* Ability to work independently when required

* Systems experience (working with a variety of Clients Systems)
