About the team

The Client Service team is responsible for providing first line technical support, customer service and back office admin for businesses using our payment card terminal service. A small, diverse, friendly team working closely with each other, other support teams within the business and external third-party partners.

What you will be doing

You will provide customer support to businesses via telephone and e-mail. You will handle customer enquiries and resolve support issues, such as product technical queries, account changes, back office admin, billing/payment queries and complaints. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.

* You will provide front-line support to our merchant base

* You will be expected to provide first call resolution of account queries and technical related troubleshooting

* You will troubleshoot customer problems, identify root cause of problem and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problem

* When appropriate, you will escalate to appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge

* You will update customer information and ensure accurate entry of information onto company systems

* You will be required to meet specific standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and accuracy.
