SDH Project Services are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our prestigious company in the Utilities sector to work across the payroll, HR and accounts department.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

* To assist in the smooth running of the payroll, HR and accounts department within the business.

* To meet targets and ensure jobs completed in a timely manner.

* To ensure accurate data is entered onto various software’s.

* To build relationships with internal customers to ensure compliance to company policies.

* To provide high quality administrative support.

* To assist with daily tasks of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

* Maintain and update excel spreadsheets

* Input data on various databases including Merit, TAS and Harmonix.

* Analyse data and establish discrepancies

* Investigate and report on variants

* Document management, including referencing, printing, tracking and filing

* To report KPI’s and patterns to management team

* General ad hoc office duties

* Any other task that may reasonably be requested by a line manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

* Have excellent numeracy skills

* Have good time management skills.

* Be logical and analytical in their approach to the data.

* Be diligent when entering data

* Be able to prioritise their own workload

* Be able to work from their own initiative by listening to the needs of the business.

* Understand the confidential nature of the data they are dealing with and act accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS/SOFTWARE:

English, Maths, IT, Excel – A fair understanding of all

This is Monday to Friday working 08:30 - 5:30pm
