Lead Talent is partnering with a leading training provider for a Quality and Process Manager.

You can be based within the North West area as this role offers flexibility for remote working, they’re a forward thinking business, keen to attract the best people and offer a flexible approach to work.

As this business grows so too does the need for a Quality and Process Manager, you’ll be taking the reins in improving and maintaining quality throughout the business.

As the Quality & Process Manager you will work closely with the Delivery and Sales Teams to improve quality throughout the organisation and ensure quality standards and inspections provide successful outcomes to maintain and grow the business.

The role:

You’ll embed yourself and ensuring the contractual quality standards are exceeded at all times

You’ll be collaborating and sharing knowledge with the Sales and Assessor teams, guiding and educating teams to improve their and the overall business' efficiency at all times

Set, maintain and report on performance standards

Be the first point of contact for Ofsted and governing bodies

You’ll take the lead responsibility for staff competence and CPD updates and training and development

You’ll play a major part in strengthen and managing their Quality Strategy

Embed ESDGC opportunity, along with British Values awareness.

Continual seek to improve current policies and develop improvements and recommendations.

It’s a busy role, and you can have the flexibility of home working, combined with travel and head office presence on a weekly basis, within commutable distance of Liverpool, Manchester and Wrexham area
