Direct report to the UK Finance Manager to support the development and running of UK restaurants.
- End-to-end accounts payable processes, including payment runs, invoice processing, approvals, answering supplier queries etc.
- Work directly with the external accountants to provide all financial information
2. Financial process and operations
- Work with the finance manager to plan how the company will implement financial process as the busines grows rapidly
- Identify ways to automate processes to create efficiencies
- Responsible for daily turnover reconciliations, cash-up control and monitoring
3. Financial reporting
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare appropriate balance sheet reconciliations
