Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a CRM Manager This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leader with in the FMCG industry.
The role and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the CRM Manager is responsible for transforming business customer understanding, driving business CRM capabilities and building, managing and commercialising relationships with all customer groups

Develop and implement the CRM vision and strategy for the short and long term
Translate the strategy into actionable CRM plans, fully integrated into broader business and marketing plans
Identify, communicate and drive action from in-depth knowledge of all customer types across all core markets derived from customer data, product sales data, Google Analytics and other appropriate sources
Be the business expert in CRM ensuring the customer is at the heart of all we do; identify and drive best practice; keep abreast of industry and market developments; engage key stakeholders
Support the development and adoption of effective customer data management, modelling and segmentation
Drive and deliver key CRM activities and projects across all channels, markets and customer groups to deliver agreed targets and ROI throughout the funnel
Own, drive and grow the lead capture programme, enable greater collection of valuable leads across all touchpoints
Champion the B2B website functionality, including the P&D and designer sites
Work with cross functional teams to ensure appropriate systems and data solutions are in place for CRM activities; support the scoping and implementation of the preferred solutions

Work with sales and CS teams in relation to report, track and improve data capture and data quality within our CRM system
Fully evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of all CRM activity against objectives, analysing ROI success and learnings
Manage, develop and regularly review our relationships with CRM agencies, selecting, negotiating fees, and managing performance
Additional Information £45,000 - £54,000 pa
Personal specification:
At least 5 years marketing experience
At least 4 years direct experience of CRM, segmentation and modelling
An organised and effective Project Manager
Highly skilled at evaluating and reporting on campaign performance
Able to effectively present complex data at all levels within the organisation
Strategic, logical thinker with a high degree of numeracy
Inquisitive and passionate about the customer
Drive for results and excellence
Proactive and dynamic
Self starting & highly motivated
Conscientious, taking personal ownership for their contribution
Tenacious and able to challenge
