On behalf of our client, a high end and highly successful company based in the Amersham area, we are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Administrator to join the firm’s vibrant team.

Within this role, the Senior Accounts Administrator will have the following duties and responsibilities:

* Take part in the financial management of the business to trial balance level

* Process sales and purchase ledgers including invoices, payments and queries

* Process expense payments

* Process payroll, HMRC tax returns and VAT reconciliations

* Involvement of CIS tax

* Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks

* Involvement with computerised stock allocation and job costing

* Producing routine reports, schedules and summaries

* Reconciliations of UK and Euro bank accounts

To be considered for this position, applicants will have the following skill, experience and attributes:

* Minimum of five years accounts experience, preferably with experience gained within a multi-company organisation

* Be IT literate with experience of Sage Line 50

* Experience with payroll, VAT returns and CIS tax

* Be highly organised with high attention to detail and accuracy

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate at all levels

* Be outgoing with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
