Senior Payroll Administrator

Brighton

Salary: £23-24,000 per annum based on skill and experience

Working time: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

For the day to day processing of customer payroll across the company brands, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with agreed timescales and following best practice whilst ensuring outstanding customer experience is delivered.

Support Junior Payrollers, Customer Support Coordinators and Team Managers to ensure all departmental KPI’s are achieved and exceeded daily in line with departmental and company objectives.

Relevant experience:

* Expert payroll knowledge (Advanced knowledge of processing statutory payments, new starters and leavers) including up to date knowledge of changes to payroll legislation

* Experience of working in a customer focussed role

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Able to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

* Self-motivated

* Strong numeracy skills

* Ability to multitask and able to demonstrate excellent time management skills

* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Strong IT skills
