Technical Team Leader – Vending Services

Based in Bournemouth

Salary: £25,750

The European leader in convenience self-serve solutions is currently looking to recruit a Technical Team Leader to be based at J.P Morgan’s corporate centre in Bournemouth, home to more than 4,000 employees. You would be responsible for ensuring all vending services are provided to required standards and meet agreed SLAs, managing a team of Operatives tasked with the on-site maintenance and service of all machines.

Key Responsibilities

o Manage a team of Operatives in filling and cleaning vending machines, restock, clean and maintain tea point areas on site, ensuring that the site is fully staffed at all times in accordance with the contract

o Carry out first line maintenance calls and refund calls as required, place service calls as required

o Ensure readings are recorded by Operators on a weekly basis via the PDA and recorded locally for reference

o Ensure stock is ordered as necessary and is always adequate and has been checked. Stocktake monthly

o Store rooms are kept tidy and all stock is in date

o Ensure that any machine faults are reported immediately. Including Brita Vivreau water taps

o Log into PC throughout the day to check emails and respond appropriately. Run reports as required

This is a hands-on role, you must have proven technical ability in order to carry out first line maintenance on vending equipment. There will also be physical requirements in the role, including lifting and moving stock, using lifts and trolleys, plus walking around a large site over the course of the day. A high level of physical fitness will be required.

o Good management skills, ability to deal with staff and customers with confidence

o Excellent Customer Service / communication skills

o Proven technical ability with working knowledge of electrics

o Flexible work ethic (Normal Hours 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri)
