Due to increased workload, our client, a leading retail organisation based in Harrogate are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their department on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 moths with the potential to become a permanent opportunity.

Reporting to the Payroll Team leader you will be responsible for the processing of timely and accurate payroll for weekly paid employees for the business. Other responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

* Processing of starters and leavers

* Absence recording and reporting

* Inputting data into Payroll System

* Production of weekly backs reports ad posting costing

* Pension auto enrolment processing

* Various general administration duties

Suitable applicants will have:

* Previous experience within a payroll department

* High volume weekly payroll processing

* Good knowledge of payroll legislation and GDPR regulations

* Experience with pension administration

* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

* The ability to work to tight deadlines

* Good payroll systems knowledge and strong MS Excel skills
