Hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm, Monday – Friday (35 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 - £18.63ph

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months initially (could be extended or go permanent)

Location: Liphook

My client is one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk management organisations in the world. We provide award-winning employee benefit consultancy services to employers throughout the UK and around the world, designing modern and compelling benefit programmes to help them achieve their strategic business objectives.


Working closely with the Client Director team, collaboratively maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by providing high quality advice, communication project consultancy and world class project implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

* Day-to-day account, project and stakeholder management.

* Project-specific consultancy and best practice.

* Coordination and management of internal and external production resource.

* Project-specific accountability and quality (including complex copy accuracy).

* Supporting communication ROI – measurement, learning’s, analytics and insights.

Accountable for project-specific budget to invoice recoverability.

Person Specification:

In depth understanding of our strategic and tactical communication proposition, and a broad understanding of how that fits in the overall picture of corporate strategy, vision, values, employee behaviours and engagement, HR, Comp. & Benefits and Pensions provision.


* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills.


* 3 – 5 years relevant and demonstrable experience within similar role.

* Creative agency, consultancy or HR communication experience strongly desired.

* Project and client management experience required.

* Supplier and stakeholder management required.

Proven project management capability and experience

Skills and knowledge:

* Service orientated: outstanding customer service, ability to translate client needs, demonstrates commerciality in their actions, management of expectations, developing and maintaining strong relationships

* Excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

* Core consulting skills in communication and project implementation, including: proactivity, questioning, listening and taking a collaborative/partnership approach with clients (not order-taking).

* Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standards of documentation.

* Confidence to challenge and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders when required

* Able to deal with change in a positive way

* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills.

* Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing

* Experience of proofreading.

* Basic presentation preparation and delivery

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
