S Knights Recruitment are a specialist Employability & Skills Recruitment Agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for a really exciting and interesting training provider with national coverage and a really strong commercial arm to business. This role will be training / assessing on the new management level apprenticeship standards.

Role and Responsibilities:
- The Management Trainer will be delivering to a cohort of learners, ranging from Management Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships in Dunstable
- The learners are all currently employed by a Levy paying client and as pasrt of the role you will need to engage, inspire and motivate the learners through the qualification and support them until they complete
- The Management Trainer will be required to produce and deliver learning materials and lesson plans for the learners
- As the Management Trainer you will be required to keep up to date with the learner portfolio and ensure they are completed correctly and accurately and in a timely manner
- The Management Trainer will be required to report to mid management to update them on progression, completions, retention rate, drop outs and any safeguarding issues

Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A teaching or Training qualification
- A Level 5 Management qualification and some industry experience of working in management roles
- Experience of delivering Management Level 3 - 5
- Based in Dunstable or commutable to Dunstable
- Ideally you'll be a car driver due to the nature of the role
