A leading Engineering Main Contractor that handles projects ranging from £ 500K small works through to projects in excess of £ 1m seeks to appoint a Security Project Manager on a permanent basis.
Due to our continued growth and future projects my client requires a Project Manager who wants a good career move and to join our dynamic team, with opportunities to develop/progress within the organisation.
The role will be heavily focussing on the installation of new security systems and features alongside one of our key national partners.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a background in the Security sector on IP, CCTV & Access Control Systems.
The Project Manager role will require you to work from the clients head office liaising with the site management, contractors and clients to ensure a smooth delivery of project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the project team in achieving compliance with the Clients requirements and meeting the operational and business objectives of the project.
• Working on project plans and deliverable schedules.
• Liaising with the design teams, sub contractors, direct labour to ensure all parties are working in line with the project program
• Providing accurate resource forecasts and early visibility of potential risks and delays to the programme by third parties, suppliers and subcontractors.
You are required to have experience in an Security Engineering role, some of which will include the running of projects on time and on budget, up to the value of £ 750 - 1m.
Starting salary £ 50 - 55K + Car/Car Allowance, Pension + Benefits
