An opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, bright energetic and enthusiastic individual with an ability to multitask and prioritise a very varied workload working on accounts for 3 companies. Candidates must have accurate typing skills, a good knowledge of Finance software (Sage X3 preferable).

Role and Responsibilities include:

* Sales Ledger invoicing

* Sales Ledger reconciliation

* Posting invoices

* Answering customer enquiries

* Liaising with auditors

* Reports for senior managers

* Office administration and paperwork management: filing job sheets, Invoices etc

Skills Required

* Ability to meet deadlines

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Team Player

* Organisational Skills

* Attention to Details

* I.T. Skills - good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and SAGE

* Sage X3 Experience would be preferable but not essential.
