We are seeking experienced marketing talents who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are eager to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness and customer demands.
This Marketing Manager role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong leadership skills to support and lead a range of marketing and business development projects and help steer the marketing function to higher heights. Although the bulk of our clients work at this time is consumer focused we are keen to speak to candidates with either a mix of B2B and Consumer marketing or with the bulk of their experience in B2B. We are keen for candidates with plenty of experience of social and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate is a supremely organized and detail-driven individual. Experience in a similar role (min 5 years) is desirable, and a passion for PC hardware a distinct advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop yearly and quarterly marketing strategy and campaigns for our clients products, including consumer and business laptops, gaming laptops and educational products.
* Lead the UK marketing team and deploy a flawless execution of go-to-market plans to gain the market share and mind-share across all product lines.
* Drive product launches, product campaigns and marketing initiatives.
* Work closely with the product and sales managers as well as HQ and EMEA region to achieve effective cooperation, implement consistent marketing languages and deliver successful campaigns.
* In charge of allocating marketing budget, vendor resources such as Intel and Microsoft and managing claims to ensures good marketing spend with highest possible results.
* Understand and analyze the market landscape and consumer insights to enhance marketing strategies.
* Strengthen and manage external partnerships such as industry partners, distributors, resellers and other organizations.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role (desirable).
* Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about PC technology (desirable).
* Experience in budget management, especially in vendor funding compliance such as Intel and Microsoft (desirable).
* Strong management and leadership skills with hands on attitude.
* Great communication and influencing skills.
* A can do attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
