Role responsibilities

Assist project managers in assigned regional team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.

* Providing all stakeholders with a consistently high level of service.

* Supporting the customer deliverables through the governance and controls set out for the project team to adhere to.

* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

* Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and bookings.

* Ensuring project deadlines are met.

* Undertaking project tasks as required.

* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

* Reporting on project assurance to Project Manager, supporting to correct any requirements.

* Assess project risks and issues with the project manager and support solutions where applicable.

* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

* Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

* Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

* Provide support to other departments as directed by the PMO Manager or higher.

* Maintain the highest standards of conduct and personal appearance at all times.

* Promote a positive image of MHR at all times.
