A progressive specialist Family Law firm seeking a client focused individual to work as an Accounts Assistant/Administrator in their Northampton office.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Raising and processing both client and supplier invoices

* Input of payments from clients

* Raising cheques

* Taking calls from clients including query handling

* Bank reconciliations for our client and office accounts company credit card

* Maintaining and reconciling petty cash

* Credit control

Key Skills / Experience:-

* Conscientious, a quick learner, with a good eye for detail.

* Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required.

* Excellent client management abilities are a prerequisite.

* Numerate with excellent written and spoken communication.

* Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.

* Previous cashiering experience in a legal environment would be a distinct advantage.
