Experience & Qualifications:

The position will generally be office based, targeting prospects within the region. External duties will be required from time to time and will grow as demand increases. Relevant qualifications (Diploma, HNC, HND, Degree) preferred but not essential. You must demonstrate the following:

Essential:

* 2+ years’ experience of marketing and business development within a SME

* Manage your own workloads & integrate into the team environment.

* Thrives under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.

* Experience using cloud-based sales/CRM systems

* Competent and Confident with Telemarketing.

* Competent user of LinkedIn.

Preferred:

* Experience of content generation, case studies, award applications.

* Experience with engaging with potential clients on LinkedIn

* Experience resourcing, identifying and qualifying suspects to prospect.

* Account management & customer service surveys.

* Confident with Networking.

A full driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

* Generate new leads through personal contacts, phone/mail/phone, LinkedIn and referrals – Using the implemented marketing channels.

* Call prospects to arrange call backs and face to face meetings with prospects.

* Research suspects and qualify them as potential prospects

* General business and marketing admin/tasks and answering inbound calls

* Achieve targets that are set by management and agreed.

* Enhance our existing client database by developing each account through regular contact.

* Ensure that the clients and prospects are aware of our services and benefits to them.

* Working in line with the company values and towards achieving the company vision.

General Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, however slight flexibility is available.

Interview:

* 1st Stage: 30 to 45min in person formal interview

* 2nd Stage: 3 hours “Day in the Life of”.

* Half day experience, morning or afternoon

* Experience working with the team first hand
