A Banking client are seeking a Records Management Officer for a 6 month contract based in Fife.

Responsibilities:

* Working as part of a team – with other individuals to support where needed.

* Role is a specific GDPR protection measure

* Offers opportunity to have exposure to multiple parts of the bank.

* An Excellent Opportunity to work with professionals with diverse sets of skills and experience.

* Establishing and putting into practice Records Management retention rules for the team to follow re destruction or retention of records

* Liaising and engaging with Branch Managers and other stakeholders to foster support and assistance for the team and the project goals as appropriate.

* Completing accurate records of all items to be retained in accordance with Group Policy to ensure retrieval from third party storage in future as required.

Skills:

* An understanding of records management and experience of records management in practice

* Self-starter with experience operating within complex projects

* Problem solving mindset, with excellent organisational skills

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Experience leading a small team

* Focused on delivery, to provide the best outcome for our clients and colleagues
